BlueScope Construction believes the key to successful subcontracting is following a program that finds subcontractors who have demonstrated an ability to perform and will be accountable for their work.
Our three part program includes:
- An extensive qualification process
- Develop a detailed plan of the work to be performed
- Continually evaluate the subcontractor
