BlueScope Construction provided design-build general contracting services for fifteen new buildings constructed at an existing refinery. The new buildings supported a new manufacturing process and included laboratories, administration offices, maintenance, and storage buildings. The schedule was fast-tracked and the first facility was completed within four months of construction start. All other buildings were completed and turned over within the next nine months, without interfering with existing refinery operations.

The buildings used a variety of materials, combining pre-engineered and conventional components for the most cost-effective design. The building exteriors were masonry or metal wall systems and the roofs used two different metal roof systems manufactured by BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc.
