BlueScope Construction provided structural engineering, materials procurement and building shell erection for this membership warehouse retail store. The facility needed to be open within 90 days of building erection start to ensure the store would be open for the prime Christmas selling season. BlueScope Construction designed the project to help speed the erection. The steel erection crew under our supervision erected the building in 51 days, many times working seven days a week in sub-zero temperature and four major snowstorms. The facility utilized many BlueScope Buildings North America pre-engineered building systems such as metal wall systems and a standing seam metal roof system. The facility was completed on time.
